Valve replacement / repair;
Replacement / repair of the piston group
(crosshead flanges, rod, connecting rod, piston, piston rings);

Checking the condition of the internal partitions separating the cavities on the gas and water sides for cracks and corrosion.
Hydraulic testing of gas and water cavities of cylinders, cylinder covers.
Cleaning the cooling surfaces of the cylinders and their covers from indelible deposits and scale.
Checking the foundation for cracks. Condition and tightening of critical bolts and frame studs, foundation bolts.
Inspection and cleaning of the oil sump, oil filter, oil pump, lubricator, oil pump inlet grid, oil tank, oil and bypass valves, oil cooler and coils on the water and oil side, blowing oil lines.
Hydraulic test of the oil cooler for strength and tightness.
Registration and delivery of executive documentation.
